Pancakes with blueberries

Ingredients:

250 g of flour

2 eggs

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

A quarter litre of milk

250 g of blueberries

 

Mix milk, eggs, salt, maple syrup and flour with the blender and let the dough rest for half an hour. Just before baking, mix in the blueberries and make small pancakes of 10 cm and fry them light brown on both sides. Serve with a bit of cottage cheese or whipped cream and some blueberries.

Smoothie of yoghurt and blueberries

Ingredients:

125 g of blueberries

1 packet of vanilla sugar

250 g of low-fat yoghurt

250 ml of semi-skimmed milk

2 tablespoons of liquid honey

 

Put all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
